The 1st dish was JoeDuck(Dno hw to spell). I 4gt what was that n tot tt its jus some Duck related thing, but its actually a type of shell seafood lyk clamp or abalone.
It can be eatten raw,lyk sashimi or cook it. But i think raw is better, coz u cn taste the sweetness in it. Taste even better with WASHABI. =D

You can see how soft n juicy the beef cube is..
Your teeth will just sink into the soft tender meat and the juice spreading in your mouth.It was so heavenly..

You can see hw well decorated it is. 1 look at it, u noe its simple that delicious. the strawberries bought out the Sweetness of the Combination.
Abalone Treasure Bag(Chef Recommendatn)
Even tot the abalone was not big (unlyk the 1 tt i wasted in australlia =( ) but it was satisfying.

I LOVE this Dish Especially at the bottom, Coz there will be some Sweet n Salty sauce left.

Its best with the honey..I poured alot..hehe..
It was an expensive but filling lunch..
After that i went to my office for more training..then, went to meet FB for dinner at chomp chomp.. Pictures will be out soon..after my 4d3n freshmen camp at ngee ann poly.. will be bck on sat.. ^^
